*coughs* The day had been long and Eragon
"I'm answering the question!" Breath. "While I am quite content with my powers I would like a new sword. After all a rider's sword is as much a power as the rider's magic. Each sword was forged just for that specific rider by one of the elven smiths when they became a full rider. The sword was given an elven name and matched the color of their dragon. The sword that I had been using was given to me by Brom. It was Zar'roc or Misery and it used to belong to my father Morzan, so the blade was red, like his dragon. At the battle of the Burning Plains, Murtagh took the sword from me, claiming that it was his inheritance as he is the older son. So, now I am swordless. And it is a new sword that I would like. Preferably newly forged just for Saphira and myself, but I do not believe that will ever happen, so instead I'll have to find a new one. They say that all the Rider's swords were destroyed, but Brom said that his was lost. Perhaps I will find his. After all, his dragon was blue and named Saphira, so it would be fitting. And with this sword I would be able to finally defeat Galbitorix."
